Another copic coloring project!!

Yes I am addicted!!! I am just loving playing with my new copics!! I got this cute little digi stamp from Tiddly Inks and a couple more...just love them!! Also have been pouring over video tutorials from Suzanne Dean...thinking about taking a class! Gonna actually get scrappy this weekend as well as I have so many cute pics that I need to scrap!

Copics!!!

After 2 weeks of waiting for my copics to come and countless hours of watching YouTube videos by Suzanne Dean, I finally got to color my first Tilda and actually make a card!! It's nothing to write home about, but it sure was fun and I am really looking forward to developing my card making skills more!! I won't stop scrapping though, but I am certainly going to work on another card before I print out some pics to scrap...that can wait until this weekend!

WOW! How time flies!!

I can't believe it's almost time for school to start! Monday, August 23rd...wow what busy but fun summer we have had...sadly it's gone by way too quick!! I am very excited that I have gotten to get a bit of scrappy time in this summer!! I have posted a few of my favorite summer pics from this year and the LO's I created. There are tons more pics...just need a little time to play! Though I have to share I have a new addiction...copics!!! I am totally in love and currently waiting on my new stamps and 25 copics I have recently purchased to play!!! Gonna have to put a freeze on my spending for a few weeks but I cannot wait to come up with some fun new projects...will definitely share when I get started!! In the meantime I will keep scrapping!

Here's what I think is just a super sweet pic of Nat while we were on our mini-vacation at Holiday World and Surfin' Safari...we had so much fun...she's so tan!!

Tristan on the 4th of July...I really wish you could see how cool this LO really looks...the red mist on the Kraft paper underneath the Fancy Pants overlay is just awesome looking...this is actually one of my favs for the summer!

No scrappy lately :(

Totally bummed haven't had a chance to scrap this week. I have been super busy at work! Three really big projects I have been working on...but I am definitely taking tomorrow to scrap with some old friends...can't wait!! Used to scrap with them every Friday night at the LSS until she sold it...it was such a sad day in my life...now we have no LSS in the area that I can go to...forces me to shop online, which makes me upset a bit...because paper online isn't always what seems when you get it...oh well, I should quit whining!

Hopefully after tomorrow I will have some fun stuff to share! T.G.I.F. all!!

Some scrappy pages...

This is the LO I did for the MME's blog challenge...I have always love MME's pp...it just feels so good and the colors aways see to blend so beautifully!! I created my own spray mist for the 2 turquoise flowers...both are prima flowers and I used the TH mini misters and SU reinker with perfect pearls...looks beautiful IRL!!

Then there's my Prima blog challenge...Sara 7 mos. pregnant with Tristan...I just love this photo...more homemade spray mist and tons of Prima embellies and pp...I just love how it turned out...Sara did too...

Surely I won't win anything...these aren't worthy of a win...but I am very happy with my stepping out of my boundaries to create LO's that I may not normally created...TFL!!

It's Thursday!!

So happy it's almost Friday...didn't get to get scrappy tonight, but we had a great dinner with some good friends and that was awesome!! I also found the adhesive pick up eraser I have been searching for for the past 3 weeks...I didn't want to order it online because I have been trying to be good and not spend money...I was so excited!!!!

Here's a LO I finished up the other day...

Ok...here goes...

A couple of LO's that I have recently worked on at the NSD crop I attened at CreekBank in Muncie, IL...so much fun!! I just love these new pp's from MME...so pretty IRL...also love my October Afternoon pp's I got in my kit from Life Preserver's...the butterfly is from a challenge on TwoSpottedDogs.com message board...we had to take an embellie and change it into something other than what it was meant to be...I took a flower sticker and star sticker and made them into a butterfly and just added bling! Love my scrappy time!!

On a side note...Nat is crashed on the floor and Tristan is cuddled next to me right now...life doesn't get any better than this!

Gonna try it again!

Well...I have decided to try to keep a scrappy blog...redid my other blog and am going to see if I can keep up a bit better than I did before as it's been since 2008 since my last blog post...wish me luck!!
